This Shipping Policy outlines our commitment to ensuring that your high-quality hardware reaches its destination in perfect condition, every single time.


2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Before a package leaves our facility, it undergoes a meticulous preparation process.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During this time, our team at Okhla, New Delhi, picks, inspects, and packs your products to ensure they meet our quality standards.

  • Operating Hours: Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or National Holidays.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (such as festive seasons or large industrial sales), processing may take an additional 24-48 hours. We appreciate your patience as we ensure that even during rushes, your hardware's integrity is never compromised.

4. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We take great pride in our nationwide reach, serving every corner of India from metropolitan cities to rural development sites.

  • Logistics Partners: We partner with India’s most trusted courier services, including BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Professional Couriers, to provide reliable last-mile delivery.

  • Transit Time: Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

    • Metros & Tier-1 Cities: 2-4 business days.

    • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

  • Serviceability: If your location is in a remote area not covered by our primary partners, we utilize India Post (Speed Post) to ensure you still receive your professional tools.


5. International Export Shipping (Global Reach)

  • Transit Time: International shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. This timeline includes the time required for international air freight and local sorting in the destination country.

  • Documentation: We provide all necessary commercial invoices and packing lists required for swift customs clearance.


6. Shipping Charges & Calculations

Transparency in pricing is a hallmark of our 50-year-old business.

  • Weight-Based Pricing: Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on the total weight of your order and the delivery distance.

  • Checkout Transparency: All shipping costs are clearly displayed in your cart before you make a payment. There are no hidden "handling" or "fuel" surcharges added after the purchase.

  • Free Shipping: From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions on orders exceeding a certain value. Please check our website banners for current offers.


7. Real-Time Shipment Tracking

We believe in keeping our customers informed at every step.

  • Confirmation: As soon as your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive an automated email and SMS containing your Unique Tracking Number.

  • Monitoring: You can monitor your package in real-time through the tracking link provided. Our system integrates directly with courier APIs to show you the current location of your SS Louver Clips or Caulking Guns.


8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For our international clients, please be aware of the following:

  • Customer Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Compliance: We cannot mark international orders as "gifts" or undervalue them on customs forms, as this violates international trade laws and our IEC registration ethics.


9. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages

Our courier partners will typically make three attempts to deliver your package.

  • Communication: Please ensure that the phone number provided (+91 7017617183 or your own contact) is reachable.

  • Return to Origin (RTO): If a package is returned to our New Delhi facility due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unavailability of the recipient, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the package again.


10. Address Accuracy & Modifications

To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • Standard Format: Ensure you include the House/Office number, Street name, Landmark, and the correct Pincode (e.g., 110025 for Jamia Nagar area).

  • Address Changes: We can only modify a shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the tracking ID is generated, we cannot change the destination.


11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we use the best couriers, accidents can happen.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photo and do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately at dcarpenterpointdelhi@rediffmail.com.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 days, please reach out to our support team. We will coordinate with the courier to locate your hardware or initiate a replacement.
