2. The 30-Day Return Window

In accordance with our store settings, we provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You have exactly 30 calendar days from the date you receive your physical shipment to evaluate the product and initiate a return request.

  • Timeline Calculation: The 30-day countdown begins from the day the tracking status shows "Delivered" at your provided address. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Free Return Shipping (Our Commitment)

As per our updated policy and Shopify store settings, we offer Free Return Shipping. * No Cost to Customer: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the return is approved, 3D CARPENTER POINT will bear the cost of return shipping.

  • Pre-paid Label: Once your return request is authorized, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label or arrange a reverse pickup from your location.

4. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To maintain our quality standards and ensure that every customer receives brand-new hardware, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Hardware like SS Nails or GI Louver Clips must have no scratches or installation marks.

  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, branded 3D CARPENTER POINT packaging, including all internal cushioning.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order number generated from 3dcarpenterpoint.com is mandatory.

5. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned for safety and structural integrity reasons:

  • Opened Industrial Adhesives: Products like PU Foam, La-Pox, or MST Construction Adhesives cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Any hardware or wooden stands modified specifically for your project cannot be returned.

  • Restocking Fee: As per our current settings, we do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

6. Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 2: Authorization – Our team will review the request and send you a "Return Authorization" along with your Free Return Shipping Label.
